• Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Delays in check-out will incur additional charges (200 AED from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, full night's stay after 1:00 PM for cleaning delay)

• Last-minute extensions will incur extra charges for cleaning cancellation

• Please return access cards in good condition. Lost cards will be charged at 500 AED each
