On-Ground Guest Relations & Operations Runner
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Conduct smooth in-person check-ins and check-outs
- Assist guests with luggage, access, parking guidance, and basic orientation
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest needs and on-site questions
- Represent the Arabnb Homes brand with excellent communication and hospitality
Property Operations
- Perform scheduled inventory checks in all apartments (linens, amenities, supplies)
- Install and replace items such as name plates, diffusers, decor pieces, basic fixtures
- Support maintenance visits and coordinate with our in-house technician
- Conduct basic troubleshooting (WiFi resets, simple fixes, lock issues, etc.)
Quality Control
- Inspect apartments after cleaning to ensure Arabnb Homes’ standards
- Report damages, missing items, or cleanliness issues
- Verify that linens, toiletries, and amenities are correctly stocked
- Ensure apartments remain guest-ready at all times
Logistics & Coordination
- Pickup and drop-off of items between units
- Assist the operations manager with daily tasks
- Update task trackers and maintain consistent communication
- Ensure smooth coordination between cleaning teams, maintenance, and VAs
Requirements
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Professional and friendly guest-facing attitude
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of maintenance or willingness to learn
- Valid UAE driving license + familiarity with Dubai roads
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or Airbnb preferred
